Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated cloud-savvy pre-sales specialist to lead pre-sales engagements in Indonesia concerning AWS/GCP services. This role also involves interacting with enterprise customers and outlining deliverable services that correspond to their needs.
Key Focus and Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
- Lead pre-sales engagements concerning AWS/GCP to pinpoint and solve customer problems, translating customer requirements into deliverable services
- Proactively seek new value-add opportunities for customers, and convert those new opportunities to realized value
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, then propose and build optimal cloud architecture
- Communicate value propositions of AWS/GCP services to both technical and non-technical customers
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions that satisfy clients
- Help ensure customer success in building and migrating applications, software and services on the cloud
- Advise clients on how to leverage best practices and best platforms to achieve objectives
- Design and build AWS/GCP architectures that address client business problems and meet their technical requirements
- Work with management and sales teams to develop account prioritization and support strategies to ensure a long term trusted relationship status
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment
- 3+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a customer-facing role.
- Able to deliver technical pre-sales presentations
- In-depth knowledge of private and public cloud
- Cloud Architect certifications for AWS/GCP (or willingness to earn one within 3 months after joining us)
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
